Here's what we've been up to lately...
Last week, Kaden had several days in a row of 102-105 degree temperatures and cold symptoms...so Friday we gave in and took him to the doctor and found out he had his 1st ear infection in his right ear. Poor boy! Antibiotics have taken care of everything now, and he is back to himself...thank goodness for meds! :) I happen to have my camera at the doctor's office for once, so I thought I'd take a picture of Kaden waiting for the doctor. He was such a BIG boy for the doctor and didn't shed ANY tears, which was a first!!
Due to Kaden's ear infection, he wasn't able to play with his cousins at our last get-together...so here are all the Mejeur granddaughters being silly and having fun together!

Kenna is starting to stand many places these days...her crib, by the front windows, next to toys, on furniture, etc. with or without some help
My lifelong friend, Cricket, made this adorable apple ruffle onesie for Makenna...so here she is sporting her new onesie on a hot, 90 degree summer day! Perfect onesie for the crawling stage in the summer- thanks, Crick!
Evan Helms- 3 weeks old, Bryson Oosterheert- 3 months old, Kaden & Makenna...we recently met our friends, Brian and Kelly's baby, Evan! He looks so much like his daddy! We have done triple dates once a month with the Helms & Oosterheerts for the last few years...and suddenly they stopped about 3 months ago...wonder why? These adorable kids are why! We are hoping that their grandparents won't mind getting together to watch these 4 while the parents go out on the town for a date once a month! ;)
