Mini Family Vacation/4th of July

Ainsley's 1st Fourth of July...almost 6 months!

We had a great mini vacation at the cottage enjoying this HOT weather!  We stayed for 5 days enjoying a small family vacation, as we don't have a big vacation planned this summer.  The night before we headed to the cottage, Mitch and I celebrated our 9th anniversary together in Grand Haven: Fricano's pizza for dinner, walking the boardwalk, and ice cream!  We enjoyed the rest of the weekend with family at the cottage.  Mitch took Monday & Tuesday off and we stayed through the 4th.  Monday night we had my family out to the cottage for dinner, water time/boating, and a fire/smores/dessert.  The cousins had fun playing together all night!  Tuesday Mitch and I took Kaden & Makenna to Binder Park Zoo for most of the day, while Ainsley was able to hang out with Aunt Niki & her cousins.  It was a hot day for the zoo, but Binder is shaded well and the kids had so much fun!  Wednesday we celebrated the holiday and sat in the lake most of the hot day.  I took a ton of pictures the past few days, and then posted some of them on facebook.  Click HERE if you want to see them!
