We had a great weekend in South Haven with my family August 17-19! We stayed in a little cottage a block from a great playground and the beach of Lake Michigan. The cousins had a blast playing at the playground, playing baseball on the field at the playground, building sand castles on the beach, taking walks on the beach, swimming in the lake, jumping the waves, taking a walk for ice cream and to walk the pier, sleeping together (5 oldest ages 5 to 2 1/2 years), and just being together. Lots of memories made for the kids, and the adults too. I got a 3 mile run in with Niki, we ate well, the adults enjoyed the beach & water too, we did a lot of playing with the kids and also playing adult games late at night, getting ice cream, and watching the kids have a blast.
