Tigers vs. Indians
Bases loaded...and Cabby strikes out!
Mitch got us tickets for the Tigers, as I hadn't been to a game yet this season, and we were in need of a good date! Although the Tigers are not doing the best right now, it was a fun getaway for the night. Thanks to my parents for having the kids so we could go! I think we brought the Tigers some good luck, as they were victorious 6-0 over the Indians. It was a fun game, the weather was great on the upper deck, and the company was the best! It's nice to have a conversation together without interruptions of potty times, crying, changing diapers, feedings, etc. :) Mitch said he felt like we were in college again, and so we decided to haul out our old CD's in the car and rock to some of the music we used to listen to (Diamond Rio, Rascal Flats, Lonestar, Big & Rich, Blackhawk, Dixie Chicks, and all our favorite country CD's)...instead of kids' CD's, Mickey Mouse, or our normal radio stations we listen to nowadays. It was fun to feel "young" again for just the night! ;)
