Summer Fun...

We went to Millennium Park today and had so much fun! We brought big cousins, Cam and Brett with us, and met Titi and Bryson and Auntie, Bri, and Ali there. The cousins had a blast getting wet at the splash pad, swimming in the warm lake water, playing in the sand, and eating a picnic lunch together. This was Makenna's 2nd trip to MP (last year she was just 8 months old), and she loved it all. Once we were by the water/sand area and away from the splash pad, she kept telling me "splash pad" over and over and would start walking to it. :) Kaden has been several times, and I think he loves it more and more each time we go. Last year he contracted the norovirus after our one visit there with friends, so we are hoping that doesn't happen again this year! We may have to take a trip back once more before the end of the summer! Makenna enjoying the splash pad
