We had a cousin outing today and went to Fredrick Meijer Gardens with Ellee, Layla & Skylar (and my mom, Crystal, and Curt & Niki). We had beautiful weather and the kids enjoyed all the outdoor activities at the gardens. Kaden really had a blast in the water, and was soaked head to toe by the end of our time there. He absolutely loves playing in water! Once we got dry clothes on, it was off to the sand area to play in the sand. After the sand area, we visited the big playhouse and had a tea party with Layla as our hostess. The tea party made everyone hungry, so we had a picnic lunch after visiting the playhouse. What is a day at the gardens without some ice cream?! On the way home, we all stopped at Baskin Robbins for some ice cream, a treat from Uncle Curt! We had a great day, and the weather made it even better! Can't wait for more of this summer weather!!!
